Essential Skills for Success (ESS) Assessments

WLPEI offers Essential Skills for Success (ESS) assessments for learners, employees, and others interested in understanding their current skill levels. Each assessment includes an in-depth report that can be tailored to the individual and their career or educational goals. Reports provide a full assessment of the following ESS areas: Collaboration, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Technology Skills, Listening, Numeracy, Problem Solving, Reading, Writing, Adaptability, and Speaking.

Benefits of completing an ESS assessment include greater awareness of personal skills, stronger career planning, improved employability, enhanced performance, and a better understanding of lifelong learning. Contact us for more details and pricing.

At Workplace Learning PEI, we acknowledge that the work we do, the learning we support, and the lives we build together take place on Epekwitk, part of Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq. The Epekwitnewaq Mi’kmaq have lived on and cared for this Island for more than 12,000 years. We honour the Peace and Friendship Treaties made with the Mi’kmaq. These Treaties remain living agreements and remind us that we are all Treaty People, with responsibilities to the relationships we share. As an organization committed to learning and growth, we recognize that reconciliation requires listening respectfully, building meaningful relationships, challenging what we think we know, and carrying that learning into how we work and live together on Epekwitk.
